“During my years in corporate finance, first as an investment banker at JP Morgan, Salomon Brothers, and Citigroup, and now as CEO of Swiss Finance, I have constantly endeavored to surround myself with ethical people from whom I could learn. Coaches and mentors play a critical role in helping newcomers establish themselves on Wall Street and at start-ups by creating formal and informal learning opportunities at an early stage. Swiss Finance Institute is dedicated to coaching budding investment banking professionals and entrepreneurs worldwide.
